Return Policy

You may return most unused items purchased at Bean Products, Inc. within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

The following items may not be returned:  We do not accept returns on pillows or yoga mats that have been used unless there is a manufacturer defect.  Our products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. We do not cover return shipping for buyers remorse.

Please use a service that will provide a tracking number to increase the  liability of the shipping company in case the return is lost or damaged.
