I've been looking around for yoga mats and blocks to start my p90x program. Most mats cost as much as everything you get here. Havent tried out the mat yet, i'm airing it out in the garage, but it certainly feels non slip. Also, the product description says "2 foam blocks allow for safe positioning and support", but it only comes with one. Everything seems sturdy and the bag is really nice.
