Does not hold air very well Sep 23, 2009
By TruthSeeker The Fitness Ball does not seem to hold air very well and I need to top it off almost every day to retain the level of firmness that I desire. Would recommend potential buyers shop around for a product that does not need this much attention.

greasy. Sep 23, 2009
By Tide User Pros:
-thick, durable, no smell.
Cons:
-GREASY. You rub your fingers on the ball, and they get greasy. May be non-toxic, but still, that's just gross.
-PEELS - the top layer peels off, either with time, or when you try to wipe the grease off with a towel.
Pump is "good enough".

Ah, that's better..... Aug 19, 2010
By Annie I purchased the Natural Fitness 75cm fitness ball to replace the 75cm TKO ball that I had to return because it was in fact only around the 55cm mark.
Guess what? This one (also manufactured in China) is also short of the mark.
Fully pumped and tight as a drum I can get it to around 68cm. As I'm using it as a work seat the height really is a big deal, and because of some ongoing injury problems I really have to be sure that it works for me. The TKO was a bit of a disaster in that regard.
HOWEVER, this ball turns out to work quite well for a 176cm or around 5'9" reasonably slim woman.
It has a nice texture, slightly rubbery, and not at all slimy or 'peeling' as I saw in one review. They must have made some improvements which is great to know.
It also doesn't seem to attract fibres and dust. A huge plus in my opinion.
The colour, for those like me who find that to be really important, is just slightly lighter than how it appeared on my screen and has an almost pearlized effect. I would have preferred it to be darker, but I find it an easy to live with colour.
Overall I'm pretty happy with it so far (just 2 days) but as I mentioned in my review for the TKO, SOMEONE PLEASE SEND A CORRECT METRIC MEASURE TO CHINA!
I have to order from Europe which means the shipping costs are not a lot of fun, so correct product descriptions are more than appreciated.

Burst resistant ball burst Sep 30, 2010
By S. Ouellette I had this for three weeks and was trying it as a chair (in a stand). Seemed to work great, until it a two-foot hole suddenly ripped open and sent me to the floor.

Does not hold air Sep 30, 2010
By D. Mcintire I've used exercise balls as office chairs for the past 5 years and I was really excited to be able to purchase one that claimed to be made in an environmentally responsible manner. I ignored the other reviewers that said you had to reflate the ball often and went ahead and got this ball.
First off, it does not seem as large as other 75cm balls Ive had it the past, i feel like it might be a 65cm in 75cm packaging.
the hand pump that comes with it, while no different than ones you get with other manufacturers, sucks and you would think, given how often I've had to use it, they'd make a better one because...
This ball DOES NOT hold air and I have to inflate it every day. I've resorted to using a mechanical air mattress pump to save time since I use this ball at my desk.
It's not sustainable if I have to use electricity to inflate the ball everyday, and it is not sustainable if I end up buying another ball because this one didn't work. Both the planet and I would be better off if I just had one ball that worked.
