Good size, sturdy, and doesnt get dirty Aug 09, 2008
By Chris from Chicago This ball arrived and my 14 year old daughter who is generally weak and out of shape pumped it up with the hand pump that came with it in about 15 minutes while watching TV without much effort. It is very sturdy and I trust it to not break. I got the red ball because I am 5'8". The ball looks small to me, but it works perfectly. My old ball was annoying because it would collect dust and get sticky if you didn't wash it (yuck). But this one does not collect dust or get sticky.

Nice, but very firm Jan 28, 2009
By Spinolio I've had this ball for a few days now and use it at work to stretch and occasionally as a seat. At first I thought it would be impossible to inflate the ball to the specified 65 cm diameter, and indeed this was impossible with the included pump. Quite honestly, the pumps with these things are crap, but the ball itself seems to be of high quality. The box includes an adapter so you can use a bicycle pump, and this was MUCH easier than using the one that came with the ball. You may be surprised by how large the ball is when fully inflated, and it is extremely firm. I'm fairly light (for such a manly man) at 147 pounds, and the ball barely compresses under my weight. My expectation is that it will relax and soften a little bit with passing time. It is *relatively* odor free and doesn't seem to attract dirt.

Wonderful baby soother that fits our decor.. Sep 07, 2008
By Alexandra I hate to say that I chose this exercise ball because it was an awesome color in the photo. And I gotta admit, in real life, it is an awesome color that goes well with our decor.
I am 5'5" with a long torso/short legs and, unfortunately, this ball is too large for me to do most of the seated exercises. Currently, we have it partially deflated and use it to soothe our cranky newborn who will passes out after we hold him all swaddled up and bounce on it.
As a former gym rat and physio therapy victim, the ball is great. Set up is easy, but it does take awhile for the plastic to soften enough that you can get it round and for the stink to go away. It does not have that cheap, slick GAIM feel that collects near vicinity dirt and hair. Its slightly textured surface has a better grip.
I do like it a lot and would love to buy the same one but in a smaller size, but, alas, they do not manufacture it in the same color. So sad!

Wanted to like it Aug 13, 2009
By Laura I wanted to like this ball. I loved that it was made from recycled material, but I am not loving it. It feels greasy, and I can't get past it. It smells a little funny too. I'm overly sensitive to smells, and the two people I asked to smell it could not detect it. They both did feel the same greasy feel I did. I tried soap and water on a patch, and it didn't help. I've been disappointed, considering the great reviews. I expected something stellar.

Great Quality; totally dependable Jan 06, 2012
By EmmaKay1 I bought this ball 11 months ago and only just added air due to slow loss for the first time a couple days ago. It's retained it's shape and support well. I have never felt like it was at risk of bursting, despite it getting extensive use (several hours - up to 10) each day. I would 100% recommend this exercise ball to anyone who asked. People who have purchased it on my recommendation have been equally satisfied. :)
