Great for the price Sep 01, 2011

I was skeptical at first, but the bands turned out to be great, and so far durable. I've had them for a couple of weeks. They provide good resistance, and work great on all my workout sessions. I'm doing P90X, I wish I had these from the beginning of the program.

I LOVE these bands! I got them to use with the P90X system and they're great! I started with the light band, and what is great is that you can adjust it to make it shorter so you dont necessarily have to keep changing out the bands. The handles arent hard to use which was nice and they have a good foam-y covering which helps me grip them.
Mine didnt come with the door attachment, but I didnt really need it, so I dont really care much. Im sure you could call Natural Fitness and get the attachment if you really wanted it.

I ordered this for my fiance for Christmas since we had to cancel our gym membership a few months ago. We have some free weights, but couldn't get all of our workout done until we purchased these bands. We don't really use the light band. Seem to just alter our stance with the middle band so far to make it easier and harder, but maybe when we actually watch the DVD the light and heavier bands will be used more.
We have really enjoyed this set so far.
Like a lot of other reviewers the door attachment was missing. I called and they were very friendly. It arrived at my house in about 3 days. The attachment is just a small velcro band that fits into a business envelope. I was expecting some sort of fancy hard plastic or metal piece so I was quite surprised. We have yet to use the attachment but love the tubes.

I am very disappointed with Natural Fitness. The only reason I ordered this product was because it said it had a "door attachment" that came with the set of bands. I have tried multiple times to contact Natural Fitness and they do not even respond to say they received the message. Do not purchase this product if you think a door attachment is included, which is clearly stated in its description. It's not and you will not receive one since they do not stand behind their promise.
